Active Life
Do you think a 24 year old, fully employed, active life, should still live at home?
Am i spoiling him by letting him live at home (cheaply) so he can have a full and interesting life? Or should i encourage him to live in town and make an independent life where he could access the stuff he likes and be nearer his work place? Trouble is, he would not find it so easy money wise.

As a 23 year old who is fully employed and have an active life, I am happy to report that I still live at home. I do not think that my family is spoiling me by allowing me to live at home. The economy is difficult right now. Therefore, I think you are doing the right thing by allowing him to live at home cheaply. Just remember to keep on encouraging him to be fully employed and to maintain an active life. Also show him the importance of saving. Perhaps once he saves enough money he will feel motivated to invest in property and ultimately become even more independent. Your role, as a parent, right now should be to support your son's decisions as long as they are not self-destructive or harmful towards others.
